Rates include: studio hire for the booking duration,photography & all unedited JPEG images. Rates remain the same if you use another studio/location.

• Per hour: £120
• Half Day (4hrs): £480
• Full Day (8hrs): £900
  
• Overtime: £180 per hour

• + Travel expenses may apply to any bookings at another studio/location/outside
• + Photography Assistant: £85-170 (applicable for location bookings)
• + Prop Stylist: £150-350 (applicable on any cosmetic or stylised product shots)

Retouching Fashion/Beauty:

Retouching is additional and not included in a standard hourly/half or full day rate

• Per image: from £15

Payments / Deposits 

• All payments are non refundable
• Bookings under £200 are to paid in full
  
• Bookings over £200 can be paid in full or a 50% non refundable deposit to be paid, final payment must be made 48 hours prior to set booking date.
• An assistant fee will be added for outside / non studio locations +£85 for 4 hours & £170 for 8 hours.
  
• Please note RAW files will not be sent, however all unedited JPEG images will be sent with any package booked.
• No images unedited or edited will be sent until full payment has been completed. 
• Payments to be made via card payment, bank transfer or PayPal.
  

Turnaround

• All unedited JPEG images will be sent via online transfer same day - 1 working day following your photoshoot
• Retouching guideline turnaround times:
  1-3 images: up to 5 working days
  3-6 images: up to 1 working week
  6-12 images: up to 2 working weeks
  12+ images: up to 3 working weeks
• Rush orders: 3 images for £100 next day turnaround
• (These are a rough guideline, retouching will begin from the next day from when images have been selected by client)

Package Inclusions:

• Studio Time:
  • Exclusive use of The Lounge Studio.
  • Rates remain constant even if an alternative studio is chosen + travel expenses.
    
• Location Options:
  • Flexibility to shoot outside or at another venue of your choice.
  • Rates unchanged, but travel + time expenses applied based on the chosen location.
• Travel Considerations:
  • Travel time is not charged if under 45 minutes.
  • Travel expenses and additional time charges applied for locations beyond 45 minutes.

• All packages can be customized to meet your specific needs.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Prices are subject to change based on special requests or additional services.
